Delivery and Returns




After payment for the order, the shipment will be sent to the specified parcel locker or the nearest parcel locker.

The shipment must be collected within 7 days.

We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, and delivery takes place within 1-3 working days. During holidays and emergencies, the delivery period may be longer.

The delivery fee for Omniva is 3 EUR, for DPD 2.50 EUR. Orders over 80 EUR qualify for free delivery.



International Delivery takes place with Postal Office. Once your package has arrived to your country, it's handled by your local Post Office. 

International deliveries take up to 10 working days. During holidays and emergencies, the delivery period may be longer.

The delivery fee is 10EUR. Orders over 100 EUR qualify for free delivery.



You can return the items purchased in the online store within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods, if they have a defect or if the wrong shipment was sent.

The item must be returned to the same parcel locker from which it was sent.

Payment will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the item. The buyer covers all costs associated with returning the item/items, unless it’s a manufacturing defect.

Please prepare the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Items;
  • Reason for the return.

Please make sure of the following:

  • Returned item/items must be in their original packaging;
  • ​The item/items must not be damaged;
  • ​The item is unused, stored in the shipping box, and has not lost its commercial appearance (tags attached to the clothing are preserved);
  • The item cannot be returned if it is made to individual order (custom design, tailored to specific measurements, etc.);
  • Item/items purchased on sale can’t be returned.

The seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of the item/items if the deadlines for returning the item/items were not observed or if the item is damaged/dirty.
